Blue Ribbon Home Warranty, Inc., the only locally owned and operated home warranty company in the state of Colorado - Since 1985. We founded the home warranty industry in Denver, Colorado twenty three years ago and were the first in the world to cover roof leaks. We are also the only home warranty company to offer a complimentary (free) inspection on your home's mechanical systems and appliances for property sellers and homeowners. We give 14 months of protection for the same price others charge for 12 months - that's two extra months free. We continued to be a leader and innovator in terms of quality customer service, knowledge in the industry and a staff of knowledgeable people to help serve you. We set standards and our warranty plans are the best defense against costly service repairs and/or replacement of your mechanical systems, appliances and more*. After you enroll,  we'll be there when you need us.
Our warranty plan holders are really buying a promise from us - that we'll be here to send a service contractor out as soon as possible, pay the bill for covered repairs and/or replacements, and to ensure the highest quality of service is always achieved. That's why Blue Ribbon focuses on what really matters in the long term; affordable coverage, customer service, integrity and knowledge of home systems and appliances.
Our coverage is offered for existing properties regardless of the age of the home's mechanical systems and appliances. For real estate professionals, a warranty plan from us is a value-added buying and selling tool and can increase the value of the appraisal. Property Sellers or For Sale By Owners will enjoy the protection during their listing period, as well as our optional home inspection. For Buyers or Investors you have the security of knowing the home's mechanical systems, appliances and roof* are protected from normal wear and tear, regardless of age. Whether you are an existing homeowner, buyer, investor, seller, for sale by owner, realtor, or a real estate service company, or insurance company, you'll see the benefits of our coverage and service.

* Please read our sample contract that applies to you or call us for specific coverage, exclusions, limitations and terms. Coverage is for your home's mechanical systems and appliances that are in good working order at the start of the contract period (i.e. pre-existing conditions are not covered). There is a low trade service fee for each visit by a service technician and additional charges may apply for certain repairs and/or replacements.
